Charlie feels neglected by his stepbrother Jesse since he went to college. The two used to be close, but now, Charlie feels hurt and prefers to ignore him by looking at his phone. Jesse confronts him about it and decides to spend more time with him to compensate. Yet, they are not so young anymore, so they will have to find new ways of bonding to mend their relationship.
