There’s been a lot of tension between best friends Dakota and James, and in search of saving their friendship, they seek out counseling from Dr. B. As it turns out, James is worried about a sex dream that Dakota had about him, and in order to assert that their relationship is platonic, Dr. B suggests that the boys strip down in front of each other to see what nature calls.
