Case No. 1805034-38 - YoungPerps

May 20, 2018, 1:17 P.M. Possession with the Intent to Distribute. One perp, 19-year-old Latino male, 5’8” was detained for drug possession with intent to sell. The suspect was defensive and uncooperative. The perp was questioned, searched and inspected by the guard. Another loss prevention officer questioned the high school students who bought drugs from the suspect, then joined the interrogation. The suspect denied involvement, but witnesses confirmed the perp was selling to minors. Ultimately, a mutually satisfactory agreement was reached between the two-loss prevention officers and the perp. The grateful suspect was let go without further involvement of law enforcement.
