Altar Call - ISRAEL ANGEL Vol. 1 - Carnal Plus

When Pastor Cali invited me to join the new church that he wanted to found in the Westend, I was honored. I run a youth center here in Bankhead and the youth here are in dire need of the kind of role model that a man like Pastor Cali can provide. When he described the kind of youth ministry he had planned for his church, I was more than honored, I was deeply excited by his ideas. Young men in this part of town all too often live hard lives surrounded by temptation of all sorts. Pastor Cali and I have plans to bring the young men under our ministry into a righteous intimate relationship with the Lord and make them understand the value they have to us and to the community.Israel is a good boy. He comes from a loving stepfamily, with two parents, which far too few of our young congregants can claim. His stepfather spends a lot of time on the road driving a truck, though, and now that Israel is a young man he needs a stepfather figure. With his mother’s help, I got him interested in the community center and he’s one of our most active members. Now it’s time for him to take the next step.
